make the dough put salt in bowl add yeast add caster sugar mix well make hole in centre add olive oil add warm water and mix well do quik final mix by martha stewart recipes this creates a rough paste knead the dough add warm water to remove dough from bowl knead dough for approx three & four minutes knead until it forms a smooth ball allow to rise transfer to large clean bowl cower with cling film allow to rise for approx 2 hr .
